The reason

Why This Show Exists

Every episode of the mentally healthy show starts from the same simple belief: talking about mental health shouldn’t be hard.

But for too many people it still is. They carry things alone until it’s too late to ask for help. We want to fight that stigma, and this show exists to change it — one honest conversation at a time.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the mentally healthy show?

A weekly long-form interview podcast where guests share honest, unscripted stories about mental health — the struggles, the recovery, and everything in between.

Who is it for?

Anyone curious about mental health — whether you’re going through something yourself, supporting someone who is, or you just want to understand it better.

How often are new episodes released?

A new episode drops every week.

Where can I watch or listen?

Everywhere — YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and clips across Instagram and TikTok.

Who is the host?

Willie Williams, who started the show after losing his son Jerome to suicide in 2019 and made it his purpose to take the stigma out of mental health conversations.

Can I suggest a guest or share my story?

Yes. Head to the share your story page and tell us as much or as little as you want.

You decide how much of this is public. Some people want to appear on camera, some would rather be audio only, and some just want their story written down and read by someone who understands. All three are fine, and nothing gets published without your say‑so.

If you’re getting in touch about someone you’ve lost, take whatever time you need. There’s no deadline on this.
